Refund policy
Each garment is inspected by hand prior to dispatch, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are able to exchange the garment for you.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not washed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact@aimerblanche.com. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Contact our Customer Care team at contact@aimerblanche.com with your order number and the details of the item(s) you’d like to exchange.
Approval: Once approved, you will receive an exchange authorisation and instructions for returning the item.
Shipping:
For domestic exchanges, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided (charges may apply, or you can specify “complimentary” if applicable).
For international exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Exchange Options
Size or Colour Exchanges: If the desired size or colour is available, we will process the exchange upon receiving the returned item.
Alternative Product: If you wish to exchange for a different product, any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds
All items can be returned within 14 days. The refund will be issued after the parcel/garment is returned to us and only after the quality check on the item(s). The garment(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, not washed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
The refund process can take up to between 5-7 days from the arrival of the item(s).
Orders paid by debit or credit card will be refunded to the original card used during checkout.
PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PRE-ORDER POLICY
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that this item is made-to-order and will require an estimated 30-45 days for production and delivery. This timeline is an approximation and may be subject to slight variations due to craftsmanship and logistical factors.
2. PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
• Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to secure your item.
• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
• Given the exclusive nature of this release, all sales are considered final once production begins.
3. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
• Upon completion, your order will be dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is in transit.
• Please note that delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier services. Any delays caused by external factors such as customs processing or unforeseen logistical issues are beyond our control.
4. MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
• Due to the bespoke nature of this product, order modifications or cancellations can only be accommodated within 24 hours of purchase.
• After this period, your order will be processed, and modifications will no longer be possible.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• Each Varsity Jacket is crafted exclusively per order; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
• Should you receive an item that does not meet our rigorous quality standards, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing detailed images and a description of the issue.
• If deemed eligible, we will arrange for a replacement or offer store credit.
